Manufacturing Process:
Produced using an extrusion and calendering process with precise temperature control. The fine and uniform crystalline structure ensures strict control of length, width, and thickness tolerances, helping reduce deformation during subsequent processing. The sheet is suitable for various secondary processing methods, including welding, bending, milling, and drilling.
Key Advantages:
- Excellent Chemical Resistance: Highly resistant to acids, alkalis, and corrosion, with excellent resistance to stress cracking. It can withstand long-term contact with chemical media without becoming brittle or prone to leakage.
- High Surface Flatness: Provides a smooth and flat surface with uniform color and minimal color variation.
- Excellent Welding Performance: Delivers high weld strength, good thermal stability, and stable mechanical properties. Its excellent electrical insulation and low water absorption make it ideal for fabricating equipment and tanks with better sealing performance.
- Multiple Thicknesses Available: A wide range of thicknesses are regularly stocked for quick delivery.
Applications:
Widely used for manufacturing orthoses and braces (natural color), electroplating tanks, pickling tanks, chemical-resistant storage tanks, scrubber towers, laboratory cabinets and countertops, fume hoods, cleanroom and semiconductor equipment liners, as well as corrosion-resistant wastewater and exhaust gas treatment equipment. It can also be processed into protective panels, partitions, water tanks, and other custom components.
